I started indoor skydiving 10 months ago. My mom had broken her leg at Christmas time, so we couldn’t go for winter holidays. We were watching a TV program about indoor skydiving and we decided to try it. I performed my first flight on the 4th of January 2015, since then I enjoy it every time I get into the tunnel. It looks like I am addicted to flying :) It gives me the feeling of freedom. All the “ground problems” become less important. They are taken away together with gravity. Belive me-unforgetable!
I finished AFF course at the age of 14, which makes me the youngest skydiver in Poland.
First of all, I would like to say how grateful I am to my parents, who support me every day in my hobby and make my flying dreams come true.
I would like to thank also my coach staff. I have learned different things from each one of them.
I started indoor skydiving in January 2015 together with my sister and my parents. I am outstanding as I train my sister freestyle, my dad - head down, and my mom - sit flight. I can adjust myself to their weight easily, so I can fly as well with my tiny sister as with my ‘big’ dad. It makes me unique to have a flying family and it’s awesome to see peoples’ faces when I am coaching my family members:)
I have passed my AFF exam with head down and carving. In the tunnel I like to invent new tricks and go far beyond what’s already known in indoor skydiving.
My name is Andrzej. I am 14. I tried indoor skydiving for the first time on 4th January 2015. And I remember how exhausted I was after 90 seconds. Since then I have spent about 100 unbelievable hours there. And even after flying in the tunnel for 90 minuts or even more I am still impatient to go back there again.
I don’t have a tendency to be a star. I just want to keep enjoying that incredible feeling when I am in the air and I want to constantly improve myself to be the best in what I do. You cannot compare this to anything else. That feeling learns me I can go beyond any border, I can achieve anything if I really want to. I wanted to try skydiving, and even though my parents worried a lot, they supported me at the AFF course which I finished in 5 dives. In total I did 7 skydives.
I have experienced indoor skydiving for the first time because we had to cancel our winter holidays as my mom had broken her leg. Since I have started I encourage the whole family to fly. I am the youngest one in Poland coaching my family members and some friends, which brings me a lot of fun. My parents taught me to walk and I teach them to fly-circle of life or evolution as you wish:)
Flying is great fun and I am truly enjoying it. Let’s stop talking, let’s fly it over!
